When my order arrived it wasn’t the case book I ordered, and there was no explanation. I emailed customer service and was told the one I ordered was out of stock, but I could have a pdf copy as way of an apology.this was an ideal, but I thought mistakes can be made and was happy enough to accept this. Unfortunately, I have received no PDF copy of the case that I ordered, despite sending two email reminders.
I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews but on this occasion I’m very disappointed with the way things have been handled. Everyone makes mistakes, but I would judge a company on how they deal with them.
